RESPITE CARE WORKER/ACTIVITY LEADER

We are looking for a care worker to complement our small team and take a share of responsibility to organise and run residential activity holidays for groups of 10 children/adults with learning/multiple and physical disabilities.
               
You must demonstrate:

• A commitment to offer each visitor companionship; support and observation to make sure visitors can enjoy the activities and their holiday
• An active interest in outdoor activities together with residential experience of profound disability and behaviour difficulties essential.
